As title really. I know that warmblood geldings grow til about 6 years, but what about irish mares?

Depends how big she is.
Geldings tend to keep growing till 6/7 years. Mares usually 5/6 years- usually they finish a year before geldings.

They all finish growing around the same time - the last growth plates fusing in the hocks and spine around 6 years.
Muscle wise and breadth of the horse wil ldepend on work and condition.
