I have agreed to rent a small yard close to my home, but the land is being rented under a traditional agreement (Feb-Oct).

The farmer tenant agreed that that I could fence off the bottom strip along the tree line (which I checked with owners before), it's maybe an acre or slightly less so did this yesterday took hours and got soaked, but did a good tidy job even making a stile for the foot path. :p

Had a call this morning from the owner saying fence looks great but the farmer tenant has complained it's too big and over 2 acres. I'm pretty miffed as it took ages and I did a good job, but to prove what a GREAT tenant I'm going to be I'm going to move the tape tomorrow.

This will leave me with half an acre until the grazing agreement with the farmer ends when I have have all 5 acres. I'll be riding most days and my boys are stabled from 4pm-9am so shouldn't be too much of a drama.

The reason for my rambling post is no one seems to know when the grazing agreement will end apart from 'October' and wonder if any of the knowledgable HHO users could enlighten me?

Here is a photo before I take down my hard work :( The photo doesn't do the amazingly straight line justice :p
