When to get the saddle checked?

Hi all, just looking for some advice on the best time to get the saddle fitter out. I think my saddle's not fitting too well (again!) but buzz is also over weight at the moment so i don't know whether to get the fitter now, or wait and get him little skinnier first? Or both to be on the safe side? Thanks

I get mine checked every six weeks in early training when the horse is changing shape then every three months as long as the horse is going well, if i notice he's changing shape, new muscles etc,, i call the saddler!
I also have a chiropractor before the saddler to make sure everything is where it should be before i have a saddle fitted onto it.
