when to ride again after choke

my horse had choke on Thursday night had to be tubed and had sedation and muscle relaxant and is on antibiotics for 5 days, when should I ride him again?

if he looks alright in himself i would take him out for a gentle hack now and see how he feels - if in doubt though, ask vet.

Agree with Kerilli, he should be fine.

I assume this is your last A/B day? If so and you don't think he's right you need to be contacting your Vet today as he may need more treatment.

Other than that if he looks fine I would just carry on, starting gently.

tomorrow is his last A/B day but he seems completely fine in himself so I think I'll take him out for a nice gentle hack later
