When will her season end?

Little Boo has had her first season - its been nearly 3 weeks now. She has stopped bleeding but is still slightly swollen but nothing like it was.

When can I guarentee she is over it and can let her out off the lead again.

Dogs have been successfully mated on day 28 so I would leave at least another week to ten days if she is still swollen. However, having said that she may never be quite as tight as she once was.

Awful isn't it - walking a dog with a baboons backside? I hope she carries her tail down and covers it up a bit! Seriously, as above, will go down in time, when its slightly less swollen give the area a bit of clean and tidy up.
