This is local to me but I just can't afford another one :( already have 3 and vowed never to go back to having 4

So tempted to contact them to say they need the passport in order to sell but think it would fall of deaf ears. If they are clueless enough to think they can get a shetland and keep it in their back garden they aren't exactly the sharpest tools in the box.

Well, they won't be able to sell without one - so they're pretty buggered.

There are as many numpties out there that will buy without a passport as there is people selling without one IMHO. Why can't people just obide by the rules.

Male, female? Height? As an advert it doesn't do everything it needs to do does it? Poor pony but possibly quite happy in garden and better off than some in current climateing passport issue annoying. Lottie's passport and chip cost more than she's worth as she was 30 when she got it but I still had to do it. Wonder if their car has an mot and insurance?

Zeroe help! I could see my horse on ned his history / markings matched up but was told to just get new passport - absolutely no questions asked!! The

Only 10 miles from me, I've offered to home her but not exchange money

I suspect it's Knowle West in Bristol. There's lots of ponies living in gardens who I suspect may not be passported. If they don't appreciate that they need a field I doubt that the legalities of passports will be high on their priorities. Looks a nice chap though.

If you want to do something about it you need to pass the advert on to Trading Standards in the area and make a complaint about them not having a passport. ETA OOPs just read page 2. Good for you,I hope something is done about this. Theres far too much of it going on.
