So, last week I had an offer accepted on a house (my first house - most exciting!). However, before that i was 'browsing' ads for youngsters as my current horse is 19 and at some point he will have to start slowing down workload wise. Why is it then NOW I see this ad when I really cannot afford to get a horse?!

Sod's law me thinks! Lol. I think he looks to have potential - just something about him (although maybe at 15.2hh is a tad small for me). However, out of interest - all you colour experts out there. Do these blue and whites have a tendency to go completely white/grey? I can't decide whether he's worth a punt with a cheeky offer but I don't want something that would go white - I am not fan of regular horse washing! Lol

oh he's nice! :D
and he'll probs grow a bit if he's only 3. my horse was a scrawny 15.2 ish when i got him as a rising 4 year old...he's now a much bigger 16 hands and i think will make 16.1....:D

He looks to me as if he will go grey. You can get blue roan and white which will stay that colour but the vast majority are greying out and white. His head (outside the white blaze) would be a lot darker if he was roan.

Hmm that's a shame, would be nice if he stayed that colour. Maybe I shoud put the horse shopping on hold til the reality of household bills hit home!! lol
