Derby House are hopeless, I ordered some boots from them in the pre christmas sales. A week later I received an email saying sorry we are not sending your order as they are not for sale anymore

my nan ordered breeches as christmas pressie. one pair took ages to come and then the other they finally rang weeks later to say they have been sold out, but can wait till end of jan for it to come in. They are usually pretty good for me though :/
Am hugely disappointed with their sale tho! They dont even have any ariat in the sale how rubbish!
