Where can I find a livery contract template

Hello

A friend of mine is currently horseless but has some stables and grazing at her house. She has found someone who wants to rent it but I've advised her that it would be a good idea to draw up a contract before this lady moves in with her horses.

Does anyone know where I can find such a contract? I've tried the BHS but could find anything.

i think i remember seeing a good one on horsedata.co.uk, in the info section, it's a fairly comprehensive one. used it with my liveries you can change it to suit

You'll need more than a livery contract unless she is operating it as a business? That is a tenancy agreement going on there...be mindful
