Where can I find this

I have someone keeping their horses with me. I phoned the BHS legal line asking for advice as I want an agreement saying that im not responsible for any injuries to the horses, and that she is responsible for any damage caused etc. She is of course happy to sign this but I can't find one!!!
The person at the BHS i spoke to last week said there was one on their website. I can't find it and my e mail was ignored.
Can anyone help? Thanks

if they are keeping them with you you as the landowner are responsible for them should they escape and cause an accident on a public highway., as for accidents in field providing fields are safe then her insurance should pick up the vets bills. if you are accepting payment for keep you need full public liability and 3 c liability. yours rates might be re evalueted in accordance.
