This - just make sure you clean it up well first (wire brush is good) then if you're not going to cover it completely with ribbon paint it and wrap with ribbon in whatever pattern to suit

Thank you for your suggestions, I don't want to do it myself it wouldn't make much of a present I have the artistic talent of a 4 year old.... in fact they are probably better! Any other suggestions of companies?
