I have been recomended a Neue Schule lozenge bit, a low port myler and a KK. After reading up on the various websites I can't decide between them. All the advisors I can find seem to be tied to a particular company. Does anyone know of an independant expert?

i found it really hard finding an unbiased opinion in the end i asked a lady on my yard and she has let me try a few and she is very experianced. its a case of trial and error in afraid

Shop4bits sell all of them so I guess their advise is neutral

The Neue Schule is a close copy of the KK - so the difference is the price!

The myler is a completely different bit style

So the NS v Myler (assuming you are price sensitive) will be down to your horse. No one will be able to tell you which one is going to work best.

Rule of thumb for me is that if you horse has a very large tongue, they may like the myler better.
