Where can I get xx wide long boots?

My calf muscles are huge and I struggle to get into normal fitting boots.

I had ordered a paid of Fuller Fillies show boots from an online shop (not sure if I can put their name on here - begins with T - PM me if you want to know) but their customer service has, quite frankly, been absolutely appalling (not replying to messages via their contact form, debited my credit card before dispatch even though their T&C's state it wouldn't be and never notified me of the debit) and the icing on the cake is finally they have replied to my 3rd email and have been quite rude!! So I have now cancelled my order.

So, where can I find another pair of FF long leather boots or another make in xx wide or are a generous x wide?

I'm 17" round my widest part.... so those probably won't fit unfortunately! Thank you anyway x

Edited - just found their xx wide boots!! They might just do! Will have to persuade o/h to buy them for me tho - thank you!!

Was it just the one on-line shop that was the problem or FF themselves? There seem to be a range of stockists if you google the show boots so if you liked those ones then you could try another site. Also, if you go to the Fuller Fillies web site it gives a list of stockists in your area, might be worth a tack shop visit?

That really suprises me, whenever I've ordered from them they've been most helpful and my orders arrive promptly, the 1st order arrived the next day by 8.30am !
 
I was surprised as well as I'd heard only nothing but good reviews.

I have been frustrated by their lack of communication so I sent an email to complain and their reply back to me was very rude and sarcastic. If I were running a company and had received a complaint from a customer I would be bending over backwards to sort it out.

They also took money from my credit card even tho their T&C's stated they wouldn't do this until the goods were ready to be dispatched, I wouldn't have minded at all if they had communciated to me but nothing.

They certainly won't be getting any more business from me!
