Where can I volunteer? I can't think of anywhere! Please help!

I want to do some volunteer work somewhere which will include working with horses, I am 15 and have tried the RSPCA but I have never heard back from them. I have a week to find somewhere and I am really stuck! Any suggestions?

Riding for the disabled? Google any horse or pony or donkey rescue sanctuaries near you, they are not all well known (there's one 5 mins away from me that had been there a few years before I found out about it!)

Local riding schools, livery yards, riding for the disabled, charities, try children's farms too our local one has girls dedicated to the horse section! Does it have to be directly with horses? Otherwise try tack shops, vets, physiotherapists etc.

Another vote for RDA, although unless they have an indoor school available, many groups stop sessions over the winter. Your council probably has a register of organisations looking for volunteers as well.
