Where did this Foot and Mouth outbreak come from? why has it suddenly appeared? thoughts??

My guess is its come from abroad either in meat/living animal or transport.

I don't know how it's reared it's ugly head again, but it said on the radio that it's been traced back to a place in Dorset, although how reliable that info is I couldn't say.

didnt come from dorset,gordan brown was on holiday here and had to go back to london from here to sort the crisis out !!
unless it was him that had it !!!! lol
