where do you advertise?

Hi there,
Just an enquiry as to where you guys tend to look when buying a horse? I usually use horsemart but this time i have had very little response from there so decided to try farmers guardian. With sucess. Think it may be an interesting post for people who are struggling to sell ?

Im a looker rather than a seller at the mo, and i'd have to say horsemart and horse and hound

I've bought from Horsedeals when I wantd a more expensive horse, Horsemart for a lower priced one (looked in both for both occasions). I look in Horse and Hound. Farmers guardian too. I've bought from word of mouth locally too.

I just sold a pony, and put it on H&H - web and mag - which the buyer saw her on, and also the PC website - which generated so many phone calls it was amazing! I got home from a show on the first day, and had missed 8 calls about her. They rang from miles away though - despite the area being on the ad.

Horse and Hound
The Horse Exchange
Pony Club Website which Had more calls than anywhere else but pony sold from Horsequest advert

In past used adtrader as well

Horsequest is my first port of call when looking. Then horsemart, horse deals, and H&H.
