Bless him, I must say he is my fav, but Star is Dan's fav so it's all fair.
We have been camping at Robin Hoods Bay, it was so funny but I think Alf got a bit injured!!! They were running round like crazy mad people.... then Star fell in a rock pool, but stayed on her feet, Alf just disapeared!!! Came up looking like a drowned rat lol!! He calmed down after that!

I don't know if you're aware of the French (maybe he also belongs in Franch coming to think about it) Semen Agent debacle in the Breeding section?
If not, to try and keep it short, if you didn't aim for the Olympics when you bred, it wasn't worth breeding and more or less only the stallions he promoted had the right Olympic quality. Then people who had used him as agent or knew people who had, tried to get answers about complaints about not being able to get their "paper-work" from him, some also had questions about other parts of his behaviour and doings which made him begin to post and reply under all sorts of aliases (changing his IP-address + getting extra e-mail accounts = being able to register a new user name) claiming his innocence, speaking for his cause and in his interest...
Ending with, as I recall, some talk about HHO possibly being sued and in combination with that admin had to monitor the Breeding section so much and almost on daily basis had to go in and delete threads, which since administrating this forum is just something this person has to do besides the work they're supposed to do, it ended with HHO threatening to close the Breeding section.
And since the aliases turned up on threads whether you asked for him or not, all this lead to that Breeze_mum and Anastasia decided to start their own Horse Breeder Forum and since it opened I've only seen a few replies on HHO by Breeze_mum. Also I think this is a somewhat busy time of the year for those involved in horse breeding, so as far as I know she's just busy.
By the way, I posted about "your" lost lurcher and again when the lurcher was "caught" in their Dog section ( http://horsebreeders.myfastforum.org/index.php ). I don't remember if you need to register to view that part of their forum, but anyway Breeze_mum calls herself Lynne there.

Well I'm interested in breeding and when I began spending time on HHO I was mostly in here or in the Breeding section, but the French Semen Agent and his aliases soon made me realise that without having a horse to breed, his "affairs" was beyond my interest.
So in a way, he is to blame for that I now usually spends most of my of HHO-time in here or in Soapbox
