I have a very talented mare that i simply dont get enough time to ride regualy. She is the type that needs every other day otherwise she gets too fresh.
She is jumping BS but as she is 15.2/15.3 and loves her xc, ive often wondered if she might suit BE more.

So ive decided to look for a sharer or if someone cannt contribute towards her keep, at the least a nice rider who may want to pop round 80-100 and school 2xpw during the week. Ive posted on FB for a sharer without sucess, someone suggested H&H and BE ads but i cant see anyone looking there for a horse to share?

any ideas where else might work?

This is my lovely little mare :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5d1d0FmT3E

Try horsemart, equine adverts, local tack shops and farm shops too. I would also let your horsey friends know, as they may know someone who would be interested or looking and also local pc/rc may be useful. What about horses4homes if not? Yes there is a donation fee required by the sharer, but it is another option when searching.

When I loaned my mare I advertised on all the above except horses4homes as I didn't know about it at the time! My final sharer came through horsemart. Facebook brought the most timewasters emailing and asking about her (daydreamers who just happened to be members of local horse groups!), but at the same time I also did get genuine interest from there too.

She sounds lovely, and what a wonderful opportunity for someone who is or wants to be competitive. Good luck in your search :)
