where to advertise for a sharer?

Im helping a friend who is looking for a sharer for her thoroughbred as she cant afford to keep her on her own anymore, sadly. She is a lovely horse and i said id try and help.

Anywhere i should be advertising, although cheap or free advertising as she cant afford much at the moment.

You could always place an advert in your local tack shops, or perhaps at a local stables, or in the free ads. Hope you get something sorted

I would also say local tack shops and equestrian centres, as often free or cheap and you will only get local people interested that way. It took a while but that is how I found someone to help ride my horse

Preloved, Freeads and Ad Trader are sites that are free to use.

Local Facebook horse groups are also really good

Preloved is a good place to advertise and also facebook, i found my loaner from my facebook ad
