where to advertise goats

I would try smallholding magazine, there is a classified section at end selling all sorts of things, poultry, ducks, llamas, pigs, etc or preloved even.

I used to advertise all mine in that category.

Practical poultry forum, horse gossip forum and The Accidental smallholder forum all have relevant or suitable 'misc' sections

You may have a local smallholding club who can help

Apart from that ads in feed merchants I guess
