Where to advertise this type of horse?

Right, I really need to do some serious advertising of my horse :( BUT I do not want to spend a fortune on wasted advertising! I tried Horse Deals at the end of last year and got no response. Tried Horse Quest a while ago and did get 3 calls but no viewings out of it. I'm in Scotland though which I think puts off a lot of English folk (who seem to see Scotland as the edge of the world?!), so cant decide if I should aim him down south or up here?!

My horse is an eventer/BSJA, around the £15k range - so please could you guys advise where you think would be best to advertise him??
 
The very same website we are all on right now ofcourse, horse and hound :D
We advertised on here and 1 day later we had 5 phone calls and the first viewer we sold to! :)
 
BE or BSJA websites? Some competitions I've been too have notice boards etc to post time changes and you can ask to put adverts of them? Don't know if that's just a NAJYRC thing though?
 
Was going to say horsequest but see you tried that with little success. Although how long ago did you try? If over the Winter with all the snow then people would have been put off travelling up north where as it may not be such an issue now that Spring is here. Definitely be worth trying the BE classifieds
 
I always think H&H is very expensive and doesn't get much response to us Scottish lot? (based on a friend advertising hers and not getting any response). I'll look into it though.

Horse Quest - I tried just for 1 month. The problem I find with it is that I can only have him in one section so I had him in the eventer section, but he could equally excel at pure show jumping.

Ok, thanks - will try the new BE horses for sale section. Do BSJA do the same thing??
