Hi there all,

Am trying to sell a 2007 ifor williams trailer and have had it advertised on horse mart for just under a week with no responses. Have priced up so know i'm not pricing myself out of the market and trailer is in fabulous condition so not sure why no interest! So, does anyone know where the best place to advertise it would be?
Selling because just bought a lorry as needed to travel more horses so do need to sell trailer for cash flow!

Many Thanks!

Hope you don't mind me butting in on your thread but we are desperately trying to find a decent Ifor Williams trailer (just sold our horsebox) and can't find one in our price range - they are either not being sold or being sold as nearly new prices. All I want a trailer for is in case of emergencies - to get horse to veterinary hospital if need be. I've been talking to friends to ask if they are selling theirs, have put a wanted note up on my workplace and even talked to competitors at a show last week, but they've all said the same - they can't afford to change and so will keep their trailers for however long.

If anyone does know of a decent one (safety is paramount) close to Newmarket/Ely area and not at a nearly new price - do PM me.

Hope you sell your trailer okay.

I have just brought a 2yr old immaculate HB511 with a few extras sliding windows/interior light/wheel trims for approx £800 less than a new one really pleased as we were downsizing from a lorry. Ours came from Wilcox Trailers at Chester and we live in North Yorks, I knew exactly what I wanted but didnt want to pay the new price luckily Alex Wilcox was prepared to drive and meet us halfway! Might be worth a call as she travels all over the country selling/buying IW trailers PM me if you want her details..

I put mine on Ebay, sold within a week, cash in hand, and the price i wanted for it. Mine was an Ifor Williams too
