where to advertise

I need to advertise for a weekend groom, because it is only two days and we are looking for someone local I thought somewhere like Horse and Hound would be a bit expensive and more suited to full time positions.

I was thinking perhaps the notice boards at local tack shops and maybe local paper. What do you think?

tack shops definatly to get some one local and try putting the word out with horsey people you know they normally know something or your farrier might be a good bet they tend to know all thats going on
