Where to buy long competition boots?

I really want to go somewhere where I can try several on preferably a few different kinds. I don't want to buy online as I think you really need to try them in person with proper advice.

Where would you suggest? We are near Epsom in Surrey, but prepared to travel a reasonable distance (say up to an hour).

you could try equitogs nr billingshurst (about 45mins from you) they have quite a good selection
