It has recently came to my attention that I need a wardrobe update... all my leggings/ breeches have holes in, some in the less than flattering places, and all my riding boots are scabby messes, also with holes in. I do have a riding boots graveyard which i am going to take aa cobbler like person to try and revive maybe a few but in the meantime...
I need Breeches, leggings, long riding boots, yard boots, jodphur boots (with zip). I am currently riding between 6 to 10 horses a day so must be hardwearing. I also have no money/ small budget. Any ideas of stuff in sales etc? I got notified about the Kramer sale but not over- awed by it so far.

I’ve just just bought two pairs of winter thermal breeches from Kramer £70 down to £41 and a 300gm stable rug reduced from £60 to £35 with the 70% discount. What’s not to like ?

The two other places I look for bargains are Hope Valley and Mountain Horse but they don’t have much on sale at the moment.

Ebay... Gumtree... Preloved.
LOVE A BARGAIN!!

Just picked myself up A new girth for £7, a wintec pro dressage for £40 and a brand new pair of saxon long boots for £15, with a very minor defect! Not to mention the mountain horse sovereigns at £120.. normally retailing closer to £300.

But did I really need any of these things... No.

Keep your eyes peeled ?

Hope valley has a sale on as does rideaway.

I just got some JW riding tights reduced from 64.99 to 29.99, a Le mieux dressage square for £26 and Le mieux fly bonnet for 14.99 which matches a saddle pad I already had.

I did not really need all these things but convinced myself that my purchases are helping keeping the economy going in a safe way during the coronavirus outbreak.

Kramer/Felix Buhler stuff wears incredibly well I've found. I also rate derby House own brand - I've got a cheap pair of their jodhpur boots years ago and they are still going strong!

I'm not sure if they'll be smart enough but GS riding tights are comfortable, hard wearing and seem incredible value for money for their price. Mine are just over a year old now.

Another vote for GS Equestrian. Fabulous value for the quality.

For rugs - and lots else - Two Times Tack is my go-to and they often have some real bargains. Mostly Shires but they also do other makes.
