Last week i won a wintec gp saddle with cair and changeable gullet system.... but when it got here it was totally fine until a few days after when i tried to change the gullet and the crews were worn down and you cant turn them or get them out!

Any idea of how to get them out? and where to buy new ones?
Any help/experience would be greatfull

There are quite a fine thread and can easily get cross threaded if whoever put them in is not careful. You may find you have to change the fitting it screws into as well as the screw if that has happened. I managed to get some out that were cross threaded with brute force but it did damage the thread further doing so, so I re tapped the fittings and thread and luckily saved them.
As Castle Mouse has said, contact Wintec directly if you haven't already done so, Oz

A new wintec gullet come with two spare screws and one spare fitting thread thingy (the bit you screw the screw into!)The bit they screw into is a t-shape and is simply held in place by two not-very-substansial staples on the opposite side of the points.

The screw heads could be drilled off, the staples on the opposite sides flipped out with a flathead screwdriver and the whole thing pushed out to the back. It's a tight squeeze on the top side of the points (the saddle flaps are a pretty close fit) but it will fit. I have had practise.............

Did contact wintec directly, they came back to me with...

'The only thing to do hear is to find your nearest saddler and ask if he can get the screws out and I can forward the relevant screws or find your nearest Wintec stockist and they could arrange for it to be repaired there will of course be a cost for this to be discussed throught your stockist.
Kind regards'

Thanks for all your help, am going to speak to saddler and see if he will do it.
