A lead rein/first ridden pony. I have been given an unlimited budget (!!!!!)

to find a decent pony. My stipulations are that it must be safe, easy to handle and a complete confidence giver. I'd prefer to find them something with mileage thats been there done that. We're not looking at anything to happen tomorrow but I'd like to start getting ideas as ponies of this size (up to 12.2) are not my thing usually.
Any ideas???
 
I've foudn loads of up to 12.2 on horsequest & H&H but I'm looking for the next size up (on a restricted budget) & they seem to be a bit like hens teeth at the mo

Bril, was just looking at horsequest and seemed to have a few, horsemart didn't have much that matched.
I do love spending other peoples money, especially as I shall be in charge of buying tack and rugs too! The best type of shopping in the world!
