Where to do a HGV course near to St Albans

Ok so I am thinking about doing my HGV test soon

Going to have two horses to show next year and not too keen on my trailer as would like to have some nice living. Need another licence to drive over 3.5 so might as well get myself covered to handel the big boys as well as they are really cracking down on weights now so it seems.

Question is where to do it? I'm based near St Albans in Hertfordshire. Would love to know of courses people have done near to me and their experiences. Cost, what they found hard about it etc.
