My youngster was sent away to be backed, ended up coming home not backed saying she was too busy but with the promise she would back him from home as she was moving yards and i didnt want him moving around all the time and unsettling him when he was supposed to being backed. She hasnt bothered comeing once, so i am left now with horse i desperatly want to back but dont feel i should do it personally, although he trusts me i have arthritis in my fingers and cant be doing with tugging going on, so where do i find a trainer that will come out or have him at theirs without it costing me an arm and a leg, i foster kids and id rather spend my money on them but know this is a necessary evil if i ever want to ride him lol.. Im based Lincolnshire betweeen Sleaford and Boston if you know of anyone..
