Other than Yard and Groom, because i have seriously done that to death now!

I'm looking for a full time job on a yard, but can't really find anything suitable on yard and groom. Where else can i try?

Word of mouth, local papers, tack shops and feeds merchants... Unless you don't mind moving.

Not many jobs going in my area at the moment because the majority of jobs round here are hunt and p2p yards and the seasons finished and the jobs tend to get advertised from June onwards. No harm in giving livery yards a call or maybe you could advertise for work wanted.

I'm a groom btw, and I was told about a couple of jobs at the p2p on Sunday, unfortunately I have a child and I can't move to another area sadly as one job sounded great.

Good luck!

I currently have a part time job as a groom, but am looking to go full time (i'm 19 and am only just sorting things out... long story... so i can go into full time employment) however the current yard i don't think could take another full time.

I wouldn't dis-count moving for the right job, my horse will be coming with me whether he lives on or off site.

Have you looked on the classified on here? There's career grooms but I haven't been on that one. If you can move there's some decent jobs around, one I was told about came with a house with all bills paid and a lot of employers are quite happy to let you have a horse on site if they have room.
