I've been searching for over a year now for either a house to rent with a couple of stables and some land, so I can have my unridden horses at home, or a yard to rent for sole use for my 8 horses...the problem is, I live between Bristol and Bath and am having a really hard job finding a place within the area (other half works in Bristol near Longwell Green and because he's on call can't live more than half an hour away) which has an arena and somewhere for my groom to live on site....driving me mad! I'm advertising on loads of pages on Facebook, have an ad on preloved and equine adverts, scan all the rental websites etc - can anyone suggest another place/way to try that I haven't thought of please?? I have my lot at livery at the moment but split between two yards because the two youngsters are kept elsewhere and it's an hour between the two yards, and both are half an hour from my house so I'm getting less and less time to spend working on the horse I am *supposed* to be competing this year (dressage) and it's driving me nuts!!!
