Where to find land?

So i've made the decision to move my pony closer to home and rent a small yard/field and adopt a companion pony from the blue cross which is something i've always wanted to do and i've been looking into it a lot recently.
How do i go about finding land for rent or possibly sale? I've looked on the parks trust website and contacted them but they have no vacancies for land at the moment, so where else can i 'advertise'?

have you tried local farmers? We spent 4 years wanting to move to a different field (rented from a friend) as it was just pure mud and we were spending a fortune on putting hay out all year round.....by chance we found an ad online through a local estate agent and was a local farmers land, we have since moved on to 2 of his fields and couldnt be happier....our horses now have grass and are 2 minutes from home rather than the 25 minutes they were
