Where to find working riding holidays abroad?

I know summer is a while away but i'm really interested in trying to go abroad and work at somewhere like a trekking center in return for free accommodation similar to what I've heard a few people have done on this forum, but I was wondering how you'd go about finding places that would offer this?

Also i'm not 100% sure many places would take people under 18 due to insurance? I'll be 17, have a driving license(hopefully!), i'm confident around people and have good horsey experience (10years) and i'd be hoping to do it for about 3 weeks or so.

Any suggestions much appreciated/any reviews from people have done something like this in the past!

Check out White Stallion Ranch in Arizona. Absolutely brilliant ranch, lovely people and fantastic setting. Couldn't recommend it enough, very very hot in height of summer though! http://www.whitestallion.com/job_opportunities.php
