Where to find yards to rent/buy in kent/S.E ??

Hi,

Im looking for a yard small/med sized, to rent or buy. It must be in kent.
I have looked and looked online and really can not find any sites that have much for the kent area!

lots of lovely ones in the mids etc .... but no luck in kent!

Does anyone know any sites that have yards to rent/buy in the south east?

I think you will have a hard time finding one. . . i know several people lookin at the moment and we were about 6 months ago.

I know of one but has no school, pants fields and brilliant hacking. Not sure if it has been let though:S
 
yes! i have found one but its about 5 hundred grand over my budget! haha. opps oh well!.....

maybe i can lean on the other half and convince him its a good investment.... dont think it will work somehow! lol
 
how far you looking there was one in doddington nr sittingbourne kent 9 stables, sandschool, 6 acres with post and rail fencing ,feed room ,tack room, shed to keep hay water and electric and brilliant hacking £180 aweek

Whereabouts in Kent are you looking for? I know of three yards for rent, but it would be helpful if you could be more specific.

2 large brick built boxes 1 with side storage (would say they are mare and foal box sizes)
+ plus 2 pony brick built boxes ( had a 14.2 cob before)
+ all stables have electic lighting
+ plus large hay/ storage room
+ own water access
+ own fields separeted into good sized fields with electric/wooden post fencing
+ all year turnout with good grazing

** Brand new 20x60m floodlight Rubber sandschool on site
** on site ride around track
** excellent hacking (Luninngstone golf course 2 minutes up the road)
**Tea room / toilet

Very friendly yard with brill people and neighbours
owner lives on site
Riding instructor on site - clinic held reguarly
electric and water on site
Can offer DIY /assisted livery/ full livery

this was on tack room frolics
where about are you wanting it
 
ah i that sounds nice but i was looking for a whole livery yard to rent and run by small to med i ment 15-25 boxes. looking in the sevenoaks and surrounding area really.

i live in well hill so would be interesting to know where that yard is any way! they have clinics! i need all the help i can get haha lol
