Hi all, Just joined the site and was looking for some advice on where to purchase Chicken Carcases, Turky Carcases, Ribs and the like.
I live in North London and am finding it difficult to find a supplier. My Butchers dont want too know, seems they are to busy to help me out, I have tried looking for Poultry farms that would supply me, being in London there does'nt seem to be any close too me.
Anybody know of a supplier in North London?
