Where to get travel rug with padding?

I was watching a programme on Channel 5 a few weeks ago and a lady was boxing a difficult horse. The rug she used had padding on the shoulders and hips, someone has told me this was a one used for race horses who had trouble getting into the stalls and was designed by Monty Roberts. Where can I get one as my horse panics getting in and out that she bangs and scraps herself

my horse didn't travel well and rubbed his hip raw in my trailer so I stitched a big bit of foam to the outside of an old sweat rug covering the hip area and this worked a treat, never had a problem since and fortunately with the partition out and some very slow driving he is travelling much better now.

Have a look on Facebook for people that make rugs. I've just had a towelling Hoodie made to fit my pony by someone on there and am thrilled with it
