Where to go western riding in Scotland?

I'm looking to buy my mum a western riding lesson for her birthday. Can anyone recommend anywhere in Scotland?

I've previously (years ago now) been up to Cody Quarter Horses in Aberdeen but I don't think they give lessons anymore.

She's in desperate need of a QH/western fix since we lost our QH mare.
