where to repair custom half chap stitching/elastic?

Hi - I have a custom pair of half chaps where the stitching has come undone from the elastic.
Does anybody know a good place that will repair the stitching and/or replace the elastic?

I'm london based but can ship the half chaps anywhere.

I usually take mine to the local Timpsons shoe shop. The have mended chaps, knee boots and even my equilibrium pad!!!
