Where to ride in the Cardiff area?

My daughter is living in Cardiff, having just graduated from Uni there.

She used to ride a lot, had her own pony/horse but then lost her nerve and gave up for a few years. She is desperate to start riding again, and wants to find somewhere that will help her regain her confidence, but without making her plod round at the back of a school in walk for months!

Can anyone suggest any friendly places that might suit her?

Cardiff Riding School, Pontcana.
I rode there many, many years ago and haven't been for years, so can't vouch for what it is like now.

It depends on how far you (she) want to travel, really. And wether she's learning to ride or just enjoying riding.
