Where to test hay for NSC content in UK?

Hi,

Please can anyone recommend somewhere in the UK that can test hay to tell me the NSC content (Non Stuctural Carbohydrate content - i.e. the total of 'watersoluble carbohydrates' and 'starch')?

It needs to be the NSC content specifically, rather than just the 'sugar' percentage.
