I have just bought a 511 trailer. Previously had a 505. I tied haynet to the front of the trailer while travelling. However it looks like if I tie in the same place in the 511 it will be too far away for him to reach. Will it take up too much space tied at his head where lead rope tied from?

I had exactly the same problem when I swapped to a 510. I put mine on the partition for my 14.2 but this wouldn't work if you were travelling 2 that didn't get on. For my 17.1, I put it at the front and he could reach it fine.

It is close if it's from the tie ring, I guess it's not such an issue with a smaller pony, this is our hay net in action... Although he never bothers with it while moving.

What an adorable little girl! The older one looks very mature for her age and lovely. And the pony is cute too! You must be so proud :)

I also have this same problem with the 511 for my 15.1 horse. At the moment I tie it to the front rail and then use a bungee from the partition tie-up to the bottom of the net to pull it closer to him. It works for now but I will be seeking a more permanent solution from my father's DIY skills shortly

I got my OH to put a tie ring about half way between the front and the horses tie ring, so it hangs just right - just to the left of the window I think. However when the ramp is down is does swing about a bit and I have to take it down to take the horse out.

Hi golden star, is it like the pictures in the link I posted above? I think Ifor realised they had a design gap... nice way of putting it... and have the gadget /fix above...
