Where's the air storage tank on my ford cargo?!

Sorry for girly question, could someone tell me where the air storage tank is on my cargo, and where the manual drain valve is for it (I think it's on the air line rather than tank?)? Brakes not coming up to pressure when it's started, and I need to get out at the weekend, but having had freezing weather I think this might be the problem. Thanks!

We have two, one each side half way down the lorry underneath on the main chassis.l (My Cargo is an 811). They have wire attatched to the valve and you have to pull the wire and hold it out to let the air out and all the gunge it collects. (The reason the brakes won't come up to pressure is because the tanks are probably full of gunge). Build up the air again after by running the engine. Hope this helps.

there's a round metal loop about 2" across, if you get on your knees about 3' back from the cab and peer under, you can see it. near the exhaust on one side iirc. you have to pull both, until it stops hissing.
