Where's the best place to sell.......

a year old Barnsby GP? I don't want to put it on ebay as I want around 550 for it and they don't seem to fetch that on ebay....

I did buy my new saddle from Frogpool so maybe sell up there?

I tried selling a good saddle on HorseQuest (tack section), but didnt get any replies. In the end I ebayed it and got a very good price so I wouldnt rule out ebay just because you want good money for it.

I contacted every Saddler in this area known to man when I wanted to sell my stubben and derby house, frogpool actually told me that they would give me a poor price for it, and alot of others said put it on ebay!... I got £350 for my stubben on ebay which i thought was quite fair as it was about 10 years old... but in great nick!... I wouldnt rule out ebay, you can always put a reserve on it, so it doesnt go for less than you want..... problem is I dont think there is as big market for 2nd hand tack anymore!

Adhorse (classified section) or Freeads and then if all else fails ebay - you can always put a high reserve on it.
