I buy the £70 short zip ones and they are very comfy to ride in. Next ones up are just over £100 but to be honest I dont think you need to go that spendy.
I love the Devon Pros - but they are about £150. Well worth the money - mine last me about 4 years and are worn every day. for both riding and yard work. I tried the cheaper ariat boots - their heritage range and I didn't like them at all. the Devon Pros have fantastic foot bed technology and are unbelievably comfortable to wear all day.
Ariat boots are the only ones I can wear all day and not get backache in.......Pro boots for me next time.....I buy a pair of the £70 each year so if I can make them last 4 years its a bargain!!!
I've got the ones that look like walking boots...all terrain maybe?? Mega comfy, I have them on now. Very, very nice and go well with my tredstep chaps!
I've got the Devon Pro's and they are so comfy, I love them. I've got the Crowne chaps as well. I bought them last year at Burghley and they still look like new. They cost me around £250 for them both but they will last me years I'm sure, well worth the expense
I have had the 70 quid ones and not found them very good at all, the ones I am currently wearing are the Hanover ones with the squarer toes and for me they have been much better, must be the shape of my feet! At about £110 they are still going strong after 2 years, granted dont wear them for mucking out and paddling in mud etc.
