which bit help?

Looking for bit of help my big 17.1 chap is really good he schools lovely in a snaffle but when hacking out in company i just need something a bit extra to help with brakes he can get a little strong more because hes so big and im only 5ft3 so quite small on him what bit would anyone reccomend because i dont want anything to severe. Thank you

Waterford? We have a connie who loves to be at the front and can be strong in company,and this works a treat.You'll need to buy a size bigger than he normally needs though.

We also use a Waterford for hacking our connie, he schools lovely in a snaffle but has a tendency for taking the bit if he gets excited and this bit has helped with that. We also got a size bigger, it's a hanging cheek Waterford.
