Do you know any Good & Comfortable body protectors?
and where to buy them?
i'm looking to find a replacement to my really uncomfortable body protector i want a level 3 one as will be doing xc competitions.
as many suggestions and possible would be great and reviews if poss :-D
THANK YOU!!!

Racesafe!

I have an innate hatred of BPs, and after years of being suffocated by my incredibly restrictive Rodney Powell, I stopped using it altogether. Then this year I needed to get a new one as I started doing some XC, and after trying loads on I settled on a Racesafe. I absolutely LOVE it - so comfortable and I actually wear it out of choice now, not because I have to!

But I echo what monkeybum says - get yourself to a decent tack shop and get fitted properly :)

I bought the Airowear Outlyne one and it is horrible and bulky and I feel like a trussed up kipper :(

The only reason I will wear it is because it keeps the boobies still :D

I have an airowear zippa one too and it's fab. Great range of sizes and lengths so something to fit most people. Def head out to a good tack shop with a few different brands. What one person loves another will hate - just need to get something you are comfy in and fits your body shape well.

Another vote for the racesafe here!
On a similar note I was speaking to the manager of my local tack shop and he said that because of new standards the racesafe is now obsolete because the "sections" are not overlapping, can anyone confirm/deny this before I go and buy the RS2010?

ive still got an ancient rodney powell one.. still going strong and is the comfiest/most non-interefering BP i have ever worn :) would definatly buy another when this either packs up or the satey requirements rise (if they ever do) :)

Racesafe! Worth the money, so comfortable you cant tell you have it on and its a very good body protector! Not bulky or overly heavy, and they look really smart too! :D

the Kan is a bit heavier than the other bps, but well worth it for the increased protection it offers, imho. very comfy, shaped to fit a lady's torso (2 diff bust shapes too). lots of posts on them in the past. well worth a try.

rodney powell really comfy not too bulky i find it muh comfier than all of the airowear ones i have had and they will cut it if you need it shortend

Another vote here for racesafe too,my daughter lives in hers, often forgets shes wearing it & is in it for hours at a time!def worth the money.
