Which breaking bit?

Looking for a bit for Blue but it's not as simple as I thought!

Which breaking bit is the mildest? Twisted? Straight? Full cheek? Loose ring?

Has the horse ever been bitted before?

If they've never had any bit in the mouth and were a bit tricky to actualy bridle, then we'd use a nathe straight bar, but for 99% of horse we use a KK ultra loose ring. They seem to accept this bit happily and the turning aids are much better than in the straight bar
