Search on eBay for a seller called Horse4less. She does Harry Dabbs padded bridles for £35. Excellent quality, unbelievable value!

(not connected in any way to the seller, but I am keeping my fingers crossed that she does a listing in pony size very soon!)

I personally prefer the heritage one, though if your horse has a v fine head the noseband might be a little broad. Not a massive fan of the OT one, I think you're paying alot for the name and I don't think the leather is all that fab.
If you are after a comfort headpiece then I think this one is nice http://www.stockleyonline.co.uk/cat...ate-padded-headpiece-flash-bridle-p-2641.html
Smart looking and lasts well. The design might suit a pretty head more than the heritage?

Get the best quality you can afford..and I personally prefer the second because I have a serious disliking for buckle billets for some reason! Stud billets are neater and more traditional I think (no offence to anyone, thats just me!)

arizonahoney - Thank you very much will go on Ebay and have a look :)

The pony - Thanks for the link, i saw this one and this was another one that i liked the look of. Thats the only thing i was wondering with the heritage is whether it would be to big.

ngrace - Thanks, i don't want to spend loads and loads but want a nice wuality looking once.

If you find matt marlowe on ebay then he'll do you one with billets (I agree with you about the buckles!) - he is the heritage chap. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Heritage-Custom-made-saddles-Tack

Why not get one without all the padding? I know its fashionable, but I dont think they make that much of a difference to the horse, unless they are really sensetive around the poll. The crank nosebands they usually come with are often over tightened unknowingly. It will be cheaper :)

Thanks, True :) Will have a look around at some other bridles
