Which calmer?

Which calmer do you use for your horse?

Have heard good things about valerian based ones and RelaxMe.

Could you please tell me which one you use?
How much you feed per day?
How long till you noticed a difference?

I highly reccomend ProSportive 'chill'.. its quite new I think but it is the only one that has worked on my mare

And its not expensive and easy to buy
