which class should I enter?!

Hi everyone
Well I'm planning on doing a team SJ in a couple of weeks but I'm not sure which height I should enter... I could either do the Novice which is 2ft9 ish or the Intermediate which is 3ft3... Part of me says go for the Intermediate but my pony (14.1hh) is no spring chicken anymore and we haven't done much recently... But 2ft9 is a bit small really... hmm... advice please!!

Sounds like at 2ft9 you'd both get round and have a good time out.
If at 3'3 you'd maybe both be pushed from the cons mentioned and not neccesarily have the best round if your thoughts are proved right

Thanks Binky She jumps it easily at home but what with the ground being pretty hard at the moment I want to save her legs a bit...

Go with the one you're comfortable with, after all, you don't want to push yourself and not do as well, when you could stay more inside your comfort zone and do better Besides, as you said, the ground isn't nice at the moment, so 2ft9 will probably be a bit kinder! xx
